The Charity Foundation is the official representative and partner of the Medical Ministry International organization in Ukraine.
The Charity Foundation "Ukrainian compassion project" started working in Ukraine in 2017.
Since February 24, 2022, we have significantly expanded and reoriented our activities to respond to the needs caused by the war.
We provide humanitarian food and hygiene kits, everyday lunches for internally displaced persons and those in need, help medical institutions with medicines and medical facilities that have survived the shelling to meet urgent non-medical needs.

Project “100 eye”
The all-Ukrainian project "100 Eyes" is a free operation for active servicemen and veterans diagnosed with traumatic cataract, which occurs when the lens of the eye is injured during a penetrating eyeball injury or contusion. The initiative is aimed exclusively at anti-terrorist operation and environmental protection participants who have defended or continue to defend territorial integrity, peace and tranquility in eastern Ukraine - primarily for those who are unable to pay for diagnosis and surgery. Carrying out such operations to restore sight allows combatants to return both to military service and to the full pursuit of normal activities in a peaceful life.
Our project "100 Eyes" is, first of all, an opportunity to show our support and respect for veterans and active servicemen who in the East of Ukraine defended and defend, risking their own lives, our peace and tranquility."

In case of impaired vision of a veteran or serviceman, it is necessary to consult an ophthalmologist (at the hospital at the place of residence or to an ophthalmologist in the military unit.
If a specialist is absent - apply for a referral).
Later, if a preliminary diagnosis of traumatic cataract is determined - contact the representatives of the charity project.
If a military or veteran is not from Kyiv, he or she will be referred to the nearest branch of the partner clinic for a complete examination and confirmation or refutation of the diagnosis.
If the diagnosis is confirmed, the date of the operation is recorded and agreed upon.

Humanitarian help
From the first days of russia’s invasion of Ukraine, our foundation began to provide humanitarian aid for the needs of the population. Every week we purchase and sort tons of food products, personal hygiene, pharmacies and other goods. More than 95 tons of humanitarian aid was provided by our organization for the internal displaced people throughout the country. The main points of straightening is 13 oblasts. You can support our project by the donation for the needs of the Ukrainian people!
Free ophthalmology consultation
Since 2017, our team of volunteers has been organizing charity consultations throughout Ukraine. We have conducted more than 49 projects on which more than 6,700 people have been consulted. All projects are organized together with religious denominations in Ukraine: ADRA of Ukraine, Baptist Church of Ukraine, Ukrainian Catholic Church, Roman Catholic Church of Ukraine, Organization of Muslims of Ukraine and others. We continued our mission even during Covid-19. We will help and try to give as much as possible to our people. God bless Ukraine.
